Ramp Block Repair/Replacement (IDIQ) at Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho. FOR INFORMATION ONLY: This synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation is anticipated and forthcoming. It has been determined that responses to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be limited to Small Business firms and the the assigned assigned NAICS code. Construction Project: This project will repair and replace ramp block's at Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho. - Includes repair and/or replacement of rigid pavement blocks on the runway aprons. - Includes removing existing Joint Sealant and installing new joint sealant. - KTR does not need security clearance. Work will be done on the flight line. -Anticipated to be a3 year IDIQ contract which task orders will be issued. The minimum ordering amount is estimated to be $2,500 with the maximum ordering amount estimated to be $750,000. The resulting task orders will be Firm Fixed Price. Solicitation number W912J719B5002 will be posted to the Federal Business Opeortunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov, on or about 16 April 2019. Bids will be due no sooner than 30 calendar days after actual solicitation issuance date. See the solicitation for details about bid opening. the NAICS code for this procurement is 237310 -- Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, and the associated small business size standard is $36,500,000 in average annual receipts. A site visit will be offered approximatelytwo (2) weeksafter the solicitation is made available via FBO. Refer to the solicitation for details regarding the site visit.
