Copier/Multi-Function Device Printers and Services

The Department of the Army, W6QK ACC-RI, is seeking multi-functional device (MFD) printers and services under solicitation number PANROC26P0000031130. This requirement is classified under NAICS 532420 Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing and PSC W075 Lease or Rental of Equipment- Office Supplies and Devices. The non-personal services contract includes providing all personnel, equipment, and supplies for 367 MFDs in support of the United States Military Academy (USMA) and its affiliated agencies at West Point, New York. Quotes are due by June 20, 2026, and will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method against the technical specifications in the Performance Work Statement.

The scope of work requires the contractor to deliver, install, and maintain 367 units, consisting of monochrome and color MFDs with and without CaC capabilities, all performing at a minimum of 40 pages per minute. Services include initial set-up and training, toner resupply, preventive maintenance, and management of unscheduled trouble tickets. The contractor is also responsible for hard drive removal, recovery of equipment during turn-in, and relocation services as devices move throughout the performance period. The government anticipates adding or removing an undetermined number of devices and accessories as technology and requirements change during the life of the contract.
