The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has issued solicitation number FHF-26-R-0032 for legal and strategic advisory services. This requirement, classified under NAICS 541110 (Offices of Lawyers) and PSC R418 (Support- Professional: Legal), seeks law firms to provide comprehensive legal representation and guidance. Scope of work includes litigation at the state and federal levels, regulatory advice concerning the Office of Finance and U.S. FinTech LLC, and counsel on complex legal areas such as banking, securities, antitrust, and administrative law. The solicitation is being conducted as a request for proposal (RFP) for commercial services under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. The solicitation documentation includes nine attachments, such as a Performance Work Statement, Pricing Worksheet, and Subcontracting Plan Template.
Phase I submissions must be delivered by the response deadline of April 6, 2026. The procurement is managed by the FHFA Office of Budget and Financial Management (OBFM), with Laura Baker serving as the primary point of contact.
