The purpose of this notice is to provide industry with W9113M-13-R-0011 Amendment 0008 which reflects the 14 January 2014 due date for proposal Volumes II and IV. Due to a recent system upgrade to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) various system generated attachments may automatically upload with Amendment 0008. Please ignore all of the attachments in the section entitled, System Generated Solicitation Files. The only valid attachments are those in the section entitle, Government User Uploaded Solicitation Files. To access the amendment and attachments, click on any of the links to the right and scroll down to the Government User Uploaded Solicitation Files. NOTES/DISCLAIMER: 1.
