HazmasterG3 Software Maintenance

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the software corrective maintenance and software update services of TSA owned Chemical Biological Nuclear Explosive (CBRNE)/ Decision Support Device (DSD) also known as HazmasterG3.Accordingly, the TSA intends to award aBasic Purchasing Agreement (BPA) to Alluviam LLC, 4061 E. Castro Valley Blvd #224 Castro Valley CA 94552. This contract will address the requirements of the TSA Office of Security Technology for the software corrective maintenance of HazmasterG3 software. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the above designated source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and email/ telephone requests will not be honored. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement not later than 3:00 PM EST, September 16, 2011to Ms. Shayani Mukherjee at [email protected]. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, convincing and compelling evidence that competition will be advantageous to the government. No reimbursement associated with providing capability information will be provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
