QUOTES AND RESPONSES SUBMITTED IN ANY OTHER WAY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIVE TO THE SOLICITATION. Solicitation Information: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested by the due date above. Effort to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for cleaning and disinfecting services, in response to actual or possible COVID-19 contamination, to the DR-4399-FL JFO and related facilities. The ceiling price for any blanket purchase agreement, or combination of blanket purchase agreements, issued as a result of this solicitation is $450,000.00. The government reserves the right issue a single BPA, or multiple BPAs as a result of this solicitation. However, the governments preference is to issue multiple BPAs as a result of this solicitation. If multiple BPAs are issued, the total ceiling amount for all BPAs issued as a result of this solicitation, when combined, will not exceed $450,000.00. The Government will be obligated only to the extent of authorized call orders issued under the BPA. This effort is solicited as a small business set-aside requirement in accordance with the guidelines in FAR 13 and FAR 19. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements of FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. Formal evaluation plans and establishing a competitive range, conducting discussions, and scoring quotations or offers are not required. Contracting offices may conduct comparative evaluations of offers The factorsincluded in the attachedcombined synopsis/solicitationwill be used when conducting the comparative evaluation of offerors responding to this solicitation. Summary of Services: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, consumable items and supervision to perform cleaning and disinfecting services, in response to a COVID-19 event, at FEMA designated office facility at DR-4399-FL JFO, AD Harris Facility, 819 E 11th St, Panama City, FL (19,000 sq. ft +/-) and/or MHU Staging Yard, 3414 Orlando Road, Panama City Fl. (1000sq. ft +/-) , and/or MHU Staging 3689 Industrial Park Drive Marianna, Fl. 32488 (1900sq. ft +/-), and/or any other office or logistics facility used in support of DR-4399-FL. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached statement of work.
