Laboratory Testing Services

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, identified by solicitation number M0026426Q0053, for commercial laboratory testing services. The requirement is designated as a Small Business Administration (SBA) set-aside under NAICS code 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, and PSC F999, Other Environmental Services. Performance is scheduled to take place in Quantico, Virginia, and the government has published eight attachments to support the requirement, including a Performance Work Statement, past performance questionnaires, and a question-and-answer document.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 for commercial products and services, and no separate written solicitation will be issued beyond this announcement. Amendment 1 was recently issued to incorporate FAR Clause 52.222-90 into the terms.
