The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby provides notice of its intent to award a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (CAGE Code: 91417), located in Palm Bay, Florida.The Government has determined that L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of meeting the Government?s requirements within the required timeframe.This requirement is for the procurement of Ripstrike transceivers, associated software, and compatible Rampage 4W power amplifiers. The anticipated quantities are noted in the attached NOI document. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 336413, with a corresponding size standard of 1,250 employees.
