Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Forensic Software

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisitions (OAQ) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). This requirement is for forensic software to be utilized in Fairfax, California.
