The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Yellowstone National Park, is seeking interested sources that can provide PASS and Fog Seal Oil to meet its needs for the next five years (base plus four option years). The NAICS Code for this oil is 324121, and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. For the base year the contractor shall supply, transport and deliver approximately 81,000 gallons of Pass H or equal Chip Seal Oil to Yellowstone National Park, Mammoth area between 7/7/2014 7/11/2014. The delivery of oil to this location will be in 25 ton maximum loads, with total truck length not to exceed 75 feet in total length of the unit. All oil shall be delivered at a temperature of not lower than 140 degrees Fahrenheit as not to delay application of the material. The contractor shall also supply, transport and deliver approximately 31,000 gallons of Pass H or equal Chip Seal Oil to Yellowstone National Park Lake /Grant area.
