Submission Instructions: A draft solicitation is available and will be provided to those interested parties who request a copy via the instructions included in the “Solicitation Document Access” below. The government requests that all interested parties submit their request no later than 03 July 2026. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the herein described efforts are invited to submit all feedback to the draft solicitation be provided by 5pm EST on 17 July 2026. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to the procuring contracting officer (PCO) Brian Blaser ([email protected]) and the contract specialist (CS) Amber Wargo ([email protected]).
