FY 2027 Treatment Services Eastern District of Texas

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, on behalf of the United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas, intends to procure substance use treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision. This requirement, identified under solicitation number 0540-2027-0040, is classified under NAICS 621420 Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Centers and PSC G099 SOCIAL- OTHER. The government plans to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements to facilitate services in Brownsboro, Texas, including substance use assessments and individual, group, or family counseling.
