Fuel-Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA's)

The U.S. Army Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) Information Technology Lab requires the procurement of 125,000 gallons of #2 off-road diesel fuel to support five Kohler diesel generators and one 2.25 MW Caterpillar diesel generator. This fuel must be low sulfur and dyed. Under solicitation W912HZ21R0013, the government intends to establish Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to facilitate these fuel requirements. All fuel deliveries must be made via pumper truck at the Vicksburg, Mississippi, place of performance, as large tanker deliveries will not be accepted.

The US Army Corps of Engineers - Civil Program Financing Only is managing this requirement, which is a total SBA (SBA) set-aside. The acquisition is classified under NAICS code 324199 for All Other Petroleum and Coal Products Manufacturing and PSC 9140 for FUEL OILS.
