The U.S Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Garrison Division, has awarded five (5) Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC) contracts to five (5) contractors for Design/Build, Construction and/or Renovation Type projects at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, to include the Aberdeen area, Edgewood area, Churchville Test Course and the Van Bibber Treatment Plant. Awards were made to the following: W91ZLK-13-D-0026 to Akima Construction Services, LLC (3901 Old International Airport Rd, Ste 200, Anchorage, AK 99502); W91ZLK-13-D-0027 to Banneker Ventures, LLC (2514 Maryland Ave, Baltimore, MD 21218); W91ZLK-13-D-0028 to Bering Straits Technical Services (BSTS), LLC (3600A Deer Creek Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD); W91ZLK-13-D-0029 to Patriot Construction, LLC (3140 W. Ward Rd, Ste 203, Dunkirk, MD 20754) and W91ZLK-13-D-0030 to Wycliffe Enterprises, Inc (47 E. South St, Ste 201, Frederick, MD 21701). Contract(s) W91ZLK-13-D-0026, W91ZLK-13-D-0027, W91ZLK-13-D-0028, W91ZLK-13-D-0029 and W91ZLK-13-D-0030 are Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts upon which Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task orders will be issued. The ordering period of the contract(s) will be for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. This requirement was competed as a 100% 8(a) set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $33.5 million.
