DURA-BASE MAT SYSTEM

DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a fixed price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the manufacture and delivery of the Dura-BaseMat System. The NSNs and estimated annual quantities of the Dura-Base System are as follows: 5675-01-471-2683, 600 EA 5675-01-476-7336, 2400 EA 5675-01-476-7338, 2400 EA 5675-01-476-7345, 12 EA Please note that the annual estimates may be revised at the time of the solicitation to reflect the most accurate and up to date information possible. This procurement will be issued as an unrestricted acquisition and will contain a two (2) year base period and three (3) one (1) year option terms. Delivery will be FOB Origin. The Government required delivery schedule is45 days afterreceipt of order. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The estimated release date of the solicitation is March 14,2016. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available through DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
