B521 - Procurement genealogy research to identify living maternal/paternal relatives on behalf of the Navy POW/MIA Branch

This is a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD. This synopsis is to announce award of a contract in accordance with FAR subpart 5.3. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. On June 21st, 2022 NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, located at 700 Robbins Ave Philadelphia PA 19111 awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract to procure genealogy research to identify living maternal/paternal relatives on behalf of the Navy POW/MIA Branch. Four quotes were received in response to the RFQ and an award was made to Forensic Genealogy Services of Manvel, Texas in the total amount of $1,625,000 on 21 June 2022 with an effective start date of 11 July 2022. This contract will have a 5 year ordering period from 11 July 2022 through 10 July 2027. The award was made in response to quotes submitted under a competitive, small business set aside, RFQ N0018922QZ064. The contract number is N0018922DZ027 and the place of performance will occur at the contractors location.
