Presoliciation-Single Source Notice for Portable Control Stand for Coperion K-Tron KCM/K-Vision, Installation of Integration Platform, and Installation of Continuous Powder Feeders

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a single-source award to Coperion Process Solutions, LLC for a portable control stand for the Coperion K-Tron KCM/K-Vision, the installation of an integration platform, and the installation of continuous powder feeders. As the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Coperion Process Solutions, LLC has been identified as the only source reasonably available to fulfill these requirements. This determination was made by the Contracting Officer based on the finding that competition to the maximum extent practicable is not feasible for this procurement.
