NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia (700 Robbins Avenue, Building 1, Phila, PA 19111) intends to solicit an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long Term Contract (LTC) for 3 years for the repair of the front V-22 windscreens in support of the following NIINs: NSN: 1560-01-513-4332 NSN: 1560-01-615-9025 NSN: 1560-01-513-4333 NSN: 1560-01-615-9024 In support of NAICs code 336413, Aiframe Structural Components The intention of this solicitation is to award a two year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity contract. The repair contract will include two base years, with 1 successive 12 month option period. The solicitation is estimated to be open for 30 days with an opening date sometime in July of 2017. The Government reserves the right to award the contract to other than the lowest priced offer and to make multiple awards per FAR 16.504(c) where it is most advantageous to the Government to do so. Government intends to make single or multiple awards to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. If a Multiple Award contract results, the contracting officer will utilize the Fair Opportunity Procedures under FAR 16.505(b) utilizing evaluation factors of Past Performance, Delivery/Capacity, and Price. Anticipate award date is no later than January 31, 2018. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract repair with other than the current sources. A minimum quantity of 40 shall apply to Year One only. The Government shall not be obligated to purchase any quantities in subsequent years. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure which can be obtained on the internet at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/navsup/ourteam/navsupwss/business_opps . Offers received which fail to provide all data required by the source approval brochure will not be considered for award under this solicitation. Please note, if evaluation of a source approval request submitted hereunder cannot be processed in time and / or approval requirements preclude the ability to obtain subject items in time to meet Government requirements, award of this requirement may be continued based on Fleet support needs.
