MARKET SURVEY FOR ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL SERVICES (EFS) II: AMENDMENT 0001
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey for the Enterprise Financial Services (EFS) II program to assess industry interest and gather feedback on a draft Statement of Work. This notice, issued under the FAA Acquisition Management System, will help determine the feasibility of a small business set-aside and refine the acquisition strategy for a future competitive selection. The scope includes specialized budget and financial services across nine work areas, such as internal controls, budget operations, and strategic planning, supporting both the FAA and the Department of Transportation. Work will be performed in Washington, DC, under NAICS code 541219. Capability statements must address technical expertise, transition risk mitigation, and potential cost savings. Amendment 0001 extended the response deadline to July 2, 2026. The FAA is preparing for the EFS II competitive source selection by assessing industry capabilities for financial and administrative support services. EFS II provides professional support for financial, budget, and administrative operations at the FAA and DOT.
