Sole Source Award Special Notice Number: FA461322Q1035 Purchase Description: Base Cable and Internet BPA FY22 The 90th Contracting Squadron, Francis E. Warren AFB, WY intends to award a single-source blanket purchase agreement to Bresnan Communications, LLC (1111 Stewart Ave, Bethpage, New York 11714-3533; CAGE 6GY68) to provide cable and internet services. The statutory authority which permits this single-source for this acquisition is 10 USC 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This authority is supported by an approved Justification & Approval. It is the Governments intent to proceed with this single source action. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517311: Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The Product Service Code (PSC) code is DG11: IT and Telecom Network Telecom Access Services. The anticipated award date is 22 September 2022 F.E. Warren AFB needs to have a cable and internet service provider for government and non-government entities. This will replace the current BPA FA461318A1000. The BPA is based on a non-exclusive franchise agreement which does not prevent the Government from using other vendors to satisfy the requirement for cable and internet services. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 2:00 pm Mountain Time (MT) on 16 September 2022 will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
