Presolicitation notice for Full-Line Food and Beverage Item Distribution in the Southern New England Region

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Subsistence Directorate intends to issue a solicitation for Subsistence Prime Vendor support for the Southern New England Region. This requirement involves the distribution of full-line food and beverage items from the 8900 federal supply group or commercial equivalents on a just-in-time basis. The procurement is classified under NAICS 311999, All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing, and PSC 9999, Miscellaneous Items. The acquisition is conducted through full and open competitive procedures on an unrestricted basis, and proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procurement procedures.

The government intends to award a single long-term, fixed-price contract with economic price adjustments for a performance period of up to 60 months.
