Lease of One EA. Hyster Z30SA Walkie Stacker

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is leasing one Hyster Z30SA Walkie Stacker or equivalent equipment for a six-month period. This procurement is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5. While the initial requirement was brand-name specific, Amendment 0002 updated the Performance Work Statement to allow for alternate equipment if technical literature is provided to demonstrate equivalence. The lease is scheduled to run from June 30, 2026, through December 29, 2026. The government will use the Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The solicitation package includes the amended Performance Work Statement, a Department of Labor Wage Determination for Kitsap County, and a formal Questions and Answers document. Quotes are due via email by June 22, 2026. This solicitation has been updated through amendments to adjust the period of performance and technical acceptance criteria. Amendment 0002 modified the PWS to allow for alternate equipment, provided that offerors submit technical literature demonstrating equivalence to the Hyster Z30SA. The Navy requires a six-month lease of one Hyster Z30SA Walkie Stacker or an equivalent electric pallet jack for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). This equipment will provide access to tooling while storage racks are inspected and re-commissioned.
