PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ 36C77626Q0178 ILEAD Video Production Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), through the Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD), requires a BPA for the purposes of securing video production support services for the ILEAD production and delivery service line that includes production of videos, live satellite television, and multimedia projects. ILEAD provides pre-production, production and post-production video support, to include satellite television and multimedia projects, to customers throughout the VA. When insufficient internal assets are available to provide this support, ILEAD Production and Delivery seeks video support from qualified external industry personnel. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101, RFO 5.201, and RFO 12.201-1. This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) per VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7006. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above.
