As L3Harris manufactured products, including associated hardware and software, are proprietary in nature, there are no resellers or service providers authorized to provide services to L3Harris manufactured products, including upgrade services. As such, L3Harris makes significant investments in the initial qualification and subsequent continuous training of its certified L3Harris trainers and considers these specific certified instructors to be the sole personnel authorized to conduct official L3Harris training to include the L3Harris Operator and Level 3 Maintenance training courses.
