All responsible sources that wish to be considered for this requirement should submit acapability statement that demonstrates their ability to meet all of the requirements described in the J&A. The capability statements shall be submitted via email to Tiffany Lucas at [email protected] and Stephanie Boone at [email protected] by 12:00 pm ET on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses received after this date and exact time specified are late and will not be considered.
