Design-Build (DB) Barracks Initiative (Package #2), Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina

The Department of the Navy, NAVFACSYSCOM Mid-Atlantic, is soliciting proposals for the Design-Build (DB) Barracks Initiative (Package #2) under solicitation N4008526R0058. The project scope involves the demolition of five bachelor enlisted quarters buildings and the construction of replacement billeting facilities at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River in North Carolina. The new facilities will provide a capacity of 565 two-person rooms to support 1,130 personnel.
