Amendment 2: Updates and adds the PWS dated 18 Apr 22 which now reads "Meet or exceeds Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC)". It also updates the due date to 29 Apr 22 at 1000am CST. Amendment 1: Adds updated bid schedule to include tabs for each of the 5 years period of performance. (A company generated price list may be used in lieu of the bid schedule) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA462522Q1023 for Medical Linen laundry services at Whiteman AFB. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812320. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $6M. All quotes shall be valid for a period of 90 days. The Government intends to award one Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. Evaluation for this acquisition will be best value based on price and qualifications as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. Technical rating will be acceptable or unacceptable based on price and qualifications.
