Ground Signal Station Support and Services (GSSSS)

The Department of the Air Force, AFLCMC HBKAB, requires engineering services for Ground Signal Station Support and Services (GSSSS) to be performed in Greenville, Texas. This effort supports Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) subsystems, including the Common Intelligence Collection System (CICS), Joint Signal Processor (JSP), Network Centric Collaborative Targeting (NCCT), and the COMINT Ingest Distribution Service (CIDS), formerly known as the Audio Gateway Service. The scope encompasses the enhancement and sustainment of system capabilities through software modifications, the expansion of existing systems and sites, and the incorporation of new capabilities to meet changing mission requirements.

The contractor will provide configuration control, development, and integration support for the Open Architecture (OA) Identification and Authorization baseline and the OA-DCGS infrastructure. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the government intends to solicit and negotiate with L3HARRIS Technologies Integrated Systems L.P. (CAGE Code 05395) as the sole source due to the lack of a complete technical data package.
