FSC 5130 Power Tools

The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) intends to establish a Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for seven National Stock Numbers within the 5130 Federal Supply Class. These items are part of the GSA Stock Program and fall under NAICS 332216 Saw Blade and Handtool Manufacturing and PSC 51. The SPQ will remain in effect for a period not to exceed one year, with quantities estimated based on the previous three years of usage. This procurement is not set aside for small business concerns.

Solicitation QSDM-J4-133493-I requires all offers to be submitted FOB destination to the place of performance in Kansas City, Missouri. The government intends to make an award to the responsive and responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous based on price and other factors. In addition to standard commercial item terms, the procurement is subject to the Buy American Act and the Israeli Trade Act under Free Trade Agreements.
