Contractors must acknowledge amendment when submitting their quote. *****End of Amendment 0001***** United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Louisiana has a requirement to lease airboats with qualified operators for use primarily by NRCS Water Resources Staff, Watershed Construction Offices, and Field Offices to perform field reconnaissance, surveying, construction stakeout and checks, and inspection activities to support coastal restoration activities throughout areas along Louisiana Coast. Coastal area extends from Texas border to Mississippi border and south of a line extending along Interstate 10 and Interstate 12. Special emphasis during operation of vessels shall be safety of crew and passengers. Offeror shall possess a working knowledge of Louisiana coastline, including launch and fuel sites. USDA may issue multiple BPAs in response to this solicitation. Period of performance will be for five (5) years.Louisianna has a requirement for airboat services with operator.
