United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM-AQ) issued solicitation HTC711-25-R-E126 for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the Port of Philadelphia. The contractor will manage the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo through the Packer Avenue and Tioga Marine Terminals.
