The Department of Veterans Affairs has issued a pre-solicitation notice for elevator decommissioning services at the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The selected contractor will provide all labor, tools, and materials to safely lower two hydraulic elevators in the A-Wing of the facility. The scope of work includes the removal and proper disposal of all hydraulic fluids in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor is responsible for providing the facility with all records documenting the proper disposal of these fluids.
