NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - OIL1100 ISOSOLV LOW VOC WIPE

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Ecolink Inc. for the procurement of ISOSOLV LOW VOC Wipes, identified as BEP Part Number OIL1100. This requirement is managed on behalf of the Office of Supply Chain Management and is classified under NAICS code 325199, All Other Basic Organic Chemical Manufacturing, and PSC 3610, Printing, Duplicating, and Bookbinding Equipment. The government is utilizing a Justification and Approval in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) for this action, with performance taking place within the United States.

While this notice serves as a statement of intent, the final determination not to compete the requirement remains within the discretion of the government.
