JSCG-P Cristobal Colon Base Life Support

The Army requires base life support services to expand capacity at Cristobal Colon, Panama, formerly known as Fort Sherman. This support is for personnel in Joint Operations Training Center (JOTC) and PANAMAX exercises. The work includes providing infrastructure, maintenance, and logistics in a field environment. The contractor will deliver and manage climate-controlled tents, power generation, electrical distribution, and bulk fuel operations. Hygiene and sanitation services are also required, including shower and latrine trailers, portable toilets, laundry, and waste collection. Operations require 24/7 staffing for critical functions and must remain functional in tropical weather. This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement. A site visit is scheduled for June 16, 2026. The Army is establishing support infrastructure at Cristobal Colon, Panama, to increase capacity for JOTC and PANAMAX exercises. The work covers the full lifecycle of the support site, from equipment staging and installation to 24/7 maintenance and site restoration. The Army requires Base Life Support (BLS) at Logistics Support Area (LSA) Sherman in Panama. This contract supports JOTC for 150 personnel and PANAMAX for up to 700, with a maximum surge of 1,500. The contractor provides labor, equipment, and supervision for temporary infrastructure.
