View moreThe Government is contemplating a new commercial contract vehicle, tentatively titled “ACTIS,” intended to exist alongside other acquisition portfolios. This vehicle will utilize commercial processes to acquire products and services pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.
