WMSL Propulsion Control System Upgrade

The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) Procurement Branch 2, is soliciting proposals for the upgrade of propulsion control systems across the 418 Maritime Security Cutter Large (WMSL) class. There is no set-aside designated for this requirement. Performance will occur at Coast Guard facilities in Alameda, California; Charleston, South Carolina; and Honolulu, Hawaii.
