The awarded contractor will be responsible for delivery, setup, installation, maintenance, pickup, and management of home oxygen equipment for eligible Veterans served through the Home Respiratory Care Program (HRCP), 5910 E Breckenridge Park, Tampa, FL 33610. The anticipated contract will consist of one (1) twelve month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods, with optional 6 months extension. The solicitation will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect under Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025 04, dated June 11, 2025. No hard copies will be issued.
