Wireless Network Deployment at SOCNORTH

US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is requesting proposals for the design, implementation, and validation of a Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) at the SOCNORTH Headquarters. This project, under solicitation H9229526QB009, will extend SIPRNet and NIPRNet capabilities over a government-controlled network at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado. The procurement is a small business set-aside under NAICS 541512 and uses a phased execution model across four CLINs: study and design, equipment and installation, testing and validation, and final documentation. The period of performance is 120 calendar days from award. Evaluation follows the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. A mandatory requirement is that the contractor or a subcontractor must be on the NSA CSfC Approved Trusted Integrator list at the time of proposal submission. The scope includes four CLINs: Study and Design, Equipment Procurement and Installation, Testing and Validation, and Final Documentation. The contractor provides all labor and materials for a high-capacity WLAN that complies with USSOCOM and NSA requirements. This greenfield effort involves the design, implementation, and validation of a CSfC WLAN architecture at SOCNORTH Headquarters. It extends SIPRNet and NIPRNet over a government network to support current staff and an additional 50 to 75 personnel.
