ZEUS™ III LASER NEUTRALIZATION SYSTEM SUSTAINMENT

The Department of the Air Force, through the AFLCMC WNKAC at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia, issued this sources sought notice for the full-spectrum sustainment of thirty ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization Systems and eight full system spares. This effort, identified under solicitation number FA8534-26-RADBO, requires a contractor to maintain a fleet-wide 85% Fully Mission Capable rate. The work falls under NAICS 336992, Military Armored Vehicle, Tank, and Tank Component Manufacturing, and PSC 1385, Surface Use Explosive Ordnance Disposal Tools and Equipment. There is currently no set-aside designated for this requirement.

The selected contractor will provide continuous global Field Service Representative support for troubleshooting, hardware and software inspections, maintenance, and Line Replaceable Unit repair. Responsibilities include delivering system training and updating operation and training manuals as necessary, while adhering to security procedures defined in the Department of Defense and Air Force System Security Plan. Software installation, updates, and maintenance are restricted to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, as no other entities will be permitted to access the system for these purposes.
