THIS ANNOUNCMENT IS THE OFFICIAL PHASE I SOLICITATION FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AND FULLY REPLACES FAACO/FBO PRESOLICITATION ANNOUNCMENT 32664-0002 OF THE SAME REQUIREMENT TITLE.
