Amendment 4: This amendment hereby cancels solicitation DU208WR-17-R-0003 and all previous amendments. Amendment 1: Changes proposal due date, removes language from page 24, and provides questions and answers. Amendment 2: Change proposal due date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this Request for Proposal (RFP) is DU208WR-17-R-00043 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 522390, Other Activities Related to Credit Intermediation and the Size Standard is $20.5 million.
