AFRC Strategic Base Operations Support (BOS) Multiple Award Contract

The scope includes real property maintenance, materiel management, ground transportation, vehicle management, traffic management, and fuels management. The government estimates the contract value will exceed $900 million, with an award targeted for fiscal year 2028 or 2029. The proposed vehicle would feature a five-year base period and a five-year option, totaling a 10-year lifecycle. Task orders are expected to use a blended pricing structure of Firm-Fixed-Price and Not-To-Exceed CLINs. Responses must be submitted through a 26-question digital survey by June 12, 2026.
