HORIZON REFERENCE SYSTEM FOR ARLEIGH BURKE-CLASS GUIDED MISSILE DESTROYERS, CONSTELLATION-CLASS FRIGATES, AND FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE-CLASS LITTORAL COMBAT SHIPS
