Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation intends to issue a solicitation for a Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity (IQC) with Economic Price Adjustment contract which will include 18 NSNs for a Lubricating Oil, Internal Combustion Engine. This solicitation will be for an award for a base year and 4, one year options. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted procurement utilizing Full and Open Competitive Procedures.
