This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is for Repair and Overhaul Services for the HC-27J Main Landing Gear assembly and associated parts/components. Solicitation number 70Z03819RW0000003 is assigned to this procurement for tracking purposes only and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Any offeror submitting a proposal must be registered within the System for Award Management (SAM). The award will not be delayed in order to allow a vendor time to register in SAM. Proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. Award will be made to the offeror who meets all the criteria contained within this solicitation and associated attachments. Any proposal that does not contain pricing for all contract periods and for all line items may be considered non-compliant and may be eliminated from further consideration. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years. Sources must possess and maintain an OEM authorization and be able to supply depot level overhaul and repair services for the components specified in the attached Schedule of Supplies/Services 70Z03819RW0000003.
