NSWC-PHD MATAC OTA Request for Solutions: USV C2 laboratory Expansion Project

The Department of the Navy, through the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), has issued a Special Notice regarding a Request for Solutions (RFS) for the USV C2 Laboratory Expansion Project. This project is executed as an Other Transaction agreement under 10 U.S.C. 4022 and is managed via the Maritime Advanced Technology Consortium (MATAC). The initiative aims to enhance Command and Control (C2) capabilities within unmanned spaces to support Distributed Maritime Operations and extend the tactical edge. To meet these goals, NSWC PHD is establishing a modern, independent Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) C2 Laboratory at the Surface Warfare Engineering Facility.

This opportunity is categorized under NAICS 541715, Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology). Participation is restricted to consortium vendors who are members of MATAC. The solicitation, identified by number REQ-AS-002, is administered by Advanced Technology International (ATI).
