This item is solicited as Unrestricted Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This NSN is being solicited as FAR Part 12 commercial item. Also, this item is not a critical application item. This item is a stock item. Requested delivery is 129 Days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) options year period. The estimated annual quantity is 231 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 58 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 333 each.
