Title: Joint Project Manager Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Integrated Early Warning (JPM CBRN IEW) Independently Qualified and Production Capable Multi-Phase Chemical Sampling Analysis (MPCSA) Survey

The Joint Project Manager Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Integrated Early Warning (JPM CBRN IEW) has issued this Sources Sought notice, identified by solicitation number RFI-26-MPCSA, to update market research on independently qualified and production-capable Multi-Phase Chemical Sampling Analysis (MPCSA) systems. The government is seeking a man-portable system for use in dismounted configurations to identify and classify liquid, solid, vapor, and aerosol chemical hazards. The required technology must be capable of quantifying low-level vapor and aerosol hazards to support missions including post-attack monitoring, base defense, decontamination assurance, demasking, dismounted reconnaissance, and field confirmatory chemical analysis in forward operating locations.

The Department of the Army, specifically the W6QK ACC-APG, is conducting this research to ensure technical and manufacturing readiness information remains current for potential full-rate production and worldwide tactical deployment. There is currently no set-aside designated for this opportunity.
