Short Term Office Rental for Southern MS

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Housing Service, through the Regional Acquisition Division, is seeking short-term office rental space located within the city limits of D’Iberville or Biloxi, Mississippi, excluding the Biloxi peninsula. This requirement falls under NAICS code 531120, Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses), and PSC X1AA, Lease/Rental of Office Buildings. There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. The government requires approximately 1,600 square feet of move-in ready space to accommodate eight federal employees, including at least three private offices and a conference room for 15 people.

The selected facility must be full-service, with all utilities, janitorial services, and triple net costs included in the monthly rental rate.
