FY 2027 Treatment Services Eastern District of Texas

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, on behalf of the United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas, intends to procure mental health treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision in Prosper, Texas. These services fall under NAICS 621420 for Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Centers and PSC G099 for SOCIAL- OTHER. This requirement is not subject to a set-aside, identified as NONE. The government intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements for a performance period beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with provisions to unilaterally extend the agreements for four additional twelve-month intervals.
